Player begging me for Donations. I am not really sure if its a reason to report him but he was whispering me for over an hour to invite me for a skype ession and begging for a donation

i did that afterwards, the question however is if the owners of this server want people to beg other persons for money/donations etc.

Just put him on ignore when he doesn't stop begging you for a donation. No need for open a thread imo.
