Hey everyone Apologized here, I am wanting to know about why my donation has not came through. I have emailed [email protected] about 30 times and it turns out the 1 time I donate is the 1 time there is a problem with getting your codes instantly. I have submitted my proof to him as I will leave screenshot links for everyone to see. I am just wanting my codes and would love for some more codes because of this 2-3 week wait time. I also donated the same day for 1 of my friends characters using the same card and he got his codes 2 days later so why I haven't gotten mine I will never know. The more emails you send the worse it is going to be. Every extra email you send to [email protected] gets your 'conversation' to the very end of the email queue.

Don't understand why? Tis how I have been waiting almost 1 month for my damn donation codes. If that is the case there is something seriously wrong.

Hi Apoligized, is this you? Because if so, I emailed you a week ago asking for reference IDs or your account name so I could actually help you. Since you just now sent them I don't think it's fair to say you've been waiting on a week when it's me that's been waiting a week on you...

And to that I am sorry. I havent noticed that the you have emailed me or I havent noticed it. That is my fault. I will email you the reference ID's right now.

I'm looking into these now. I will reply when I have them fixed.

No worries, and I would like to apologize. Even though this was a result of Paymentwall's system screwing up that week, I am sorry that this happened in general. Our donation system is automated and should be relatively... fast. It really sucks you had to wait, and I do apologize for that. For what it's worth it is fully fixed and working now.
