Hello. I have encountered a strange account malfunction right after my ban appeal which was succesful. Providing pictures below. Both the IPs I was using before and after the router change are not on the IP ban list.
(I have discussed this issue with Grael but he has no idea what might be the cause of this).

Edit: Confirmed the account still exists, characters are intact, my buddy can log in without any problems.

Making this thread solely becuse of constant no response to my emails.

I meant mails I've sent to Henry in the past year, about 6 of them, not the single email about this issue. None of them have been answered.

This is likely due to an IP still being banned in the system. Please email me the IP you are currently using to connect to the server and I will check for issues.

I have only received one email from you, and it was 4 days ago. I will reply to it now so you can send the IP(s) there.
