Servers lags - disconnects

can you please fix this problem?the server lags too much around 3k ping.Also disconnects many times.
It isn't my connection because i've played from my house and from work with vdsl.
Its really annoying,do something.
I can't vote untill you fix it because ,more people to join = more lag
