Hello/
I want to talk about any GM or Admin cuz my accounts were banned w/o reason i've written an e-mail
but no1's replying. Im still waiting its 6th day i dont get reply what shall i do to return my accounts or just to talk with any gm on this server if thats possible...

P.S May i ask why when u do smth wrong with your account you are getting ban on your all acounts permanently like ; beeing in gm island gm frozen me didnt even let me talk and i got ban on all accounts..
3 donors 1 with unlimited trnasmough and t6 donated are banned :S please im so sry if i did smth wrong
i beg u gms keep the ban on gogeta5 but unban my 2 other accounts which got ban w/o reason :( there are my donors please i want to play Smolderforge...

you were probably banned for hacking.. you can't get to the GM Island without hacks

and yes hacking ends up as pernament ban on ALL accounts

GM's will summon you to GM island to freeze you and inflict punishment. kinda standard.

Let me get this straight, trying to understand you..
You got summoned by a GM on Christmas where you were left and you logged out, and now, after many months being inactive, you decided to log in and bam got banned? Don't you have a screenshot of your costume or anything that might save your ass?

well that gm could unban me for a few sec just to show him that custume i am with... its not that hard but no1 from them wants to help me to solve that problem .. mby cuz every1;s too lazy to help me or they allways says that they cant help lolz... i would understand if i was with deleted chars or smth like that when only admin with db access can help me but now i can get help from every gm online

I have responded to your email now. It takes me a few days to get back with people usually do to the amount of emails I receive.
