Hello dear Smolderforge staff,

I am an old player but didn't play since 2011-2012. I come back cuz i wanna play TBC again. I learned the server had some kind of reset and old accounts have been deleted (cant find my old characters on armory).

What can I do to recover my characters ? I had minimum 3 donors on my account. I sent a mail to [email protected] but no answer there..
I checked and still have the mails with the billings if proofs are needed.

I am, but still nothing after more than 3 weeks :/ Sent you proofs, if smthing is wrong with em tell me, I can forward your mails (from [email protected]) back in 2011.

Ok here are some news: it seems that Gm's just don't care..

2 months, are you sure? Please resend your email then, it possible got filtered as spam. I am behind on emails, but I don't think I am THAT behind.

I know two accounts have been restored in the past 2 weeks so probably your mail has some issues whether it was filtered as Henhouse said or a mistake from your part.

Good news: I got my answer yesterday. Problem has been solved.
