I can't get my fly mount

Spent 40k honor on my fly token and now I can't fly, when I speak to the NPC there is no option to mount up.
and why I can't attach a screenshot anymore?

Did you have a flying mount in the inventory?

I have just my swift white ram ground mount in my bags.
Also on Eomera it asks me to chose a mount but there is no mount list, while on other chars it just gives me a mount and it's always the same.

You do need to have a flying mount of your choice in your bags. The token however can be left in the bank. :-)

Last I checked, rams cannot fly. Like Feyz said, you'll need a flying mount in your bags in order to have that option. Please note, most level 60 flying mounts will not show up, only the Snowy Gryphon being an exception to that.
