extreme lag and disconnecting

so i make a character then i log in its fine some times sometimes it start as soon as i log in. but everything will stop loading i cant interact with any npcs and i cant talk or anything i can move but everyone else is runing in play if they show up at all. whats the issue? i dont see what the issue could be on my end cuz i play 2 other servers plus a 80 server aswell but this is only server ive played on with this issue
