Moved to Help, Issues and Reports.
Regarding your "report", these players aren't glitching, I assume they merely jumped atop that building, and we have allowed this behaviour.
Please, if I'm mis-interpreting your report, do write a detailed answer.

you can get on that by using slowfall or the chromatic mount from the horde's graveyard

That's if you can get at your graveyard first and then finally be able to kill 2 out of the 8 that just spawned.
Still a bit unfair if you ask me.

Just fall back a little, stop fighting at or below the horde graveyard as all premades enjoy doing.
