Not sure what the penalty is for this, he did it for about an hour, after being asked (Then told) not to. He was informed it's against the rules etc., that it's disruptive and annoying, "Server problem" was his only response and he continued to do it.

I'm not sure if these guys get away with it or do the GameMasters just bad them in silence. Hardly any of my similiar reports get answered by a GM so theres no way of knowing.

I'm afraid he deleted his character. Thank you for the report though, and if the problem occurs again, make sure to post it as fast as possible. Basically you need one screenshot, the second or third one to be faster.
