It's been a while, (some months) since I've logged in.. log in, all my characters are gone, but 1 that says PLEASE PLAY ALLIANCE.

I click change realm, it shows I have 6 characters.. but no, I have just the one. Then, I make a new character, deletes that one and then shows I only have 1 char..

I was a multiple (not only character, but account *for my brothers*) donor, and I'd like to know what happened.. I want to start playing again, but if all is lost I'd just assume not bother..

Well, been a year or so since I've played, account is ~2 years old, and I'm bored of Diablo 2 MXL:U Mod, and GW1 so I'm trying to find something new/old to play... annnd if I can get my chars restored, and/or donor status reinstated, then I'm all for becoming #1 rogue again.

If you've been inactive for a year your characters will have been likely deleted by our scheduled clean ups.

If you've been a donor, no worry, we ususally restore donor accounts. Please do just send an e-mail.

I (in my "prime") was pretty well known, so the donor status shouldn't be a problem..

Was about 10 characters across 3 accounts. I'll email him, thanks again man.

^^ How've ya been? Yes, long time no talk, :P

CAN ANYONE BESIDES HENRY RESTORE MY ACCOUNT?? Delete the toons off it and restore it I don't care, I've pm'd him and emailed, he's just slow getting back to me (yes I know he has a full workload). I just wanna start playing again lols, especially now that the instances are going (drool).

You are not the only one who's still waiting for his replies. But The best thing we can do is to be more patient. I think he has a lot of work to do for his own job, that I respect. Then he will have to reply our mails one by one. I have been waiting for his reply for more than a week now. Still waiting.
