"Unable to Connect"

Hi! i downloaded this server newly and it says Unable to Connect when i try to log in, i download both utorrent files incase i needed it but nothing happens, what to do? :(

Alright, i did. Now it says i wrote wrong username or password ? like wut, i checked and i cant find any solution.
