Donor Code Recovery And Non existing account problem.

Hey there, i have 1 request and 1 problem i would like to be sorted.
The problem, i registered in 2010 its been 4 years now and i can login in forums but when i try loging in on website it says '' No username exists with that name or password''.
And the request would be the donation code recovery before it was impossible but i checked forums and there was topic where it says that it is possible to recover donation codes with proof.
I sended 4 screenshots of my e-mail where i get the donation codes dates year and ect.
I sended PM To Admin but the pm disapiered i dunno. And yeah when i played there wsnt such option to save the donor so i lost 4 donation on 4 different chars.
I would apriciate it alot if you could check the screenshots. If you didnt recieve them i could add you on skype and even send a recording, b/c my country e-mail website dsnt allow to upload more then 50 mb files .
