i played in smolderforge for about 5 to 4 years ! , i brought too many friends to play withe me , but last year i stoped playing for about 11 months and when i came back to play withe my friends my account's seem to be a " none existing account " i really worked so so so hard for them , they are all i could accomplish in my life i dont wanna lose my accounts in smolderforge i have so many good memories and hard work withe them , i really need it , the only probleme i'm not a donor but i have some information about them like Password and username pleas help me

Not possible once they are wiped.

Now now! I remember way back when we had a small wipe that Henhouse happened to save back ups for characters that were REAALLLY old (which even then i bet he deleted), but the main thing is that account restoration is extremely hard when once the characters are wiped. Henhouse does give fair warning to active members about character wipes, and restoration is not likely possible.

Just remember though, henhouse doesn't just say fuck you to characters getting wiped. I've seen him dig through some stuff, but if the account isn't there he doesn't just give you a new account with everything. Anywho, chin up mate ... as for now, just start a new account and just start gearing up again, shouldn't take ye too long ;)
