i tried to donate yesterday, but they where all shut donw, don't know why but somhow the money is still gone, i called my credit company, and they said you guys got the money, im just wondering why i dont have any codes. plx help

Send us an email to [email protected] with the Google Order ID found in your receipt email. If you didn't get one, and a transaction doesn't appear on your Google Wallet page, then this is a problem on Google's end I wouldn't be able to assist with it. If something did go wrong, sometimes the money gets refunded a few days later.
