Account inquiries are suppose to be handled there so I can pull up the files, and since the information isn't suppose to be disclosed to other players, that's the best way.
But if you were "banned" you probably got the "permanently closed" message which means forever. Temporarily suspended is another thing. Based on the actions you took upon to get this action on your account may or may not be applicable for appealing. If it's able to be appealing you have a chance at getting your closure action bumped down to a final warning, or the $10 reactivation fee which we offer to select-bans.
