Hunter pets dont have "base abilit" of "smack,bite or claw

Normally hunter pets have the "base ability" as focus dumb, claw smack or bite like this :

But they do not have in this server. It seriously decreases their damage done as they only auto-hit.
Any way to resolve this problem?
