Retarded player healing in duels

Hi,

We all know that a lot of One Spot players don't have a clue about this game but there is one more stupid than others :
Apoka, paladin, is 80% of his /played time in duel area but without duelling anyone. The issue is that he's casting holy shock once or more if it lasts longer on players who are duelling, whatever their faction.

I guess that he deserves a warning and I hope that he'll stop this, I don't know if he understands english, beware on his answer, get ready with the translator.
