Chain Heal

You might want to consider either disabling Chain Heal in neutral duel zone, it has no use there, or making this sort of behaviour a bannable offense. I vouch for option #2.

Pretty sure that crossfaction healing is already a bannable offense. Or at least that guy needs to receive a warning for this behaviour.

Like you said they should just disable Chain Heal in the neutral dueling zone since it has no purpose there and it will save a bunch of trouble..

You're right, it is a bannable offense. However, if we did that, we'd also have to disable:

Holy shock
Tranquility
Mass Dispel
Prayer of Healing
Circle of Healing

As all of those can be used to troll people while dueling.
Disabling those might not be the best idea, unless you can have it re-enabled if you're in an actual duel; in the case of Holy Shock and Mass dispel. Not sure if that's a possibility, but that's how I would approach it.
In the meantime, please continue being vigilant in reporting any of these cases to us through: tickets, forum posts like these, or sent directly to [email protected]. We will deal with them accordingly.

Only Holy Shock, Prayer of Healing and Mass Dispel are worth using in one-on-one combat so in my opinion you could just disable the other spells spells.

That's a little unfair to the other classes, regardless of how "useful" the spell is.
Chain heal is decent in PvE, so I find that as a good use.
Tranquility is also decent in PvP and PvE.

Like Terezi said, you should just report them for cross-faction healing.

Yup, I wouldn't go about disabling any spells because of this. Chain heal is arguable the best pve heal ability in the game. Tranq is situationally very useful. I'd just like to see harsh punishments for fucktards who go about doing retarded shit in the duel area.

You failed to see my point. Chain Heal, Tranquillity, Circle of Healing or Prayer of Healing have no use within the neutral dueling zone. Never have I seen someone using these spells for any other purposes than to troll dueling players. I didn't mean they should be disabled completely.

P.S. I cofused Prayer of Healing with Prayer of Mending, that's why I mentioned it as worth using in one-on-one. It's redundant in given circumstance.

prayer of mending is pretty annyoing there too..

if priest and somebody else are in the party and they both are dueling somebody it will jump between these 2.

True, but trolling shamans, druids and paladins are more frequent than more or less unintented Prayer of Mending heals from a priest in one's group. Still, annoying like you said.
