Greetings to everyone,
Yesterday night I was raiding SC and we just killed the last boss. Once the loot-chest was spawned, the server suddenly crashed and when it came back online, the chest obviously faded and we had no loot at all. I wanted to know if there was a way to restore the loot somehow or if anyone could be so gentle to help me and the guys who were in my same raid in order to get the loot we lost.

It won't be possible for us to gather all 10 people to have the chest loot spawn and everyone roll and be distributed items. This is the only fair way to do this, and we're not going to hand out free items.

If the server crashes in-between the final boss dying and the loot being distributed, I'm afraid it is lost. There is nothing we can do about that. It is extremely unfortunate, I know, but we don't restore anything lost in roll backs, or in this case -- never looted.
