Unstable Affliction

Is Unstable Affliction bugged? Because it does MASSIVE damage when it's dispelled, and in all my years of playing wow (on quite few different servers) i've never seen such high damage when dispelled:

There certanly has to be something wrong with it, it hit me (not crit!) over 4500 damage on 413 resilience. I am eagerly awaiting a response as this issue has to be solved ASAP.

First of all, resilience doesn't affect non-critical damage.
Second, this is not an issue. This is how Unstable Affliction functions. You'd know that if you knew anything about UA or Warlocks in general.

One of the biggest points of deep affliction is that your dots become more effective due to healers not dispelling. It's almost the entire effectiveness of UA over SL/SL. Welcome to WoW.

All i'm saying is that the dispell damage seems too large, significantly larger than in any other servers i played before, that's why i'm asking "Is Unstable Affliction bugged?".
