i have problem with my latency on SF, it used to be around ~~60 and sometimes it is. however since few days it's growing to 200, 300 or even more (had 700 yesterday) ms. this can't be my connection's fault since at the moment im online on 2 servers (SF and NG) and my latency on SF is 300 and on NG 55ms, both servers are located in Germany i think so this isn't problem either.
any ideas what might be the problem?

Do you mean persistent increased in-game latency, shown by the GUI latency indicator?

SF server is in Netherland imo, anyway by rebooting my pc when I've some latency bugs (5-8k) my latency is back to 40ms.

This is a good idea, Mayore. Rebooting seems to resolve many problems. Additionally, if you have a lot of programs that startup on login/reboot, you should probably stop that. Many programs like to open on start up and it causes your computer's speed to slow WAYYYY down.
Additionally uninstall a lot of stuff you may not need, especially if its running.
Spotify, if you use it, actually is peer-to-peer. Didn't find this out until a few months ago but a lot of my huge spikes in league of legends was due to Spotify randomly seeding a song to someone (and I'm premium).
There's a great program called, NetLimiter which is free and can be used to cap the upload speeds on Spotify to a small amount, to thwart its desire to seed songs without your permission. Honestly, if you're using Spotify, there's a likely chance this is your problem.

all these programmes you talk about should have influcence on next gen too i gues.. however i don't use spotify nor any kind of programm that starts up instantly after rebooting. and rebooting does not fix the problem

my ms used to be around 400+ on SF this time last year heres how i sorted it.
Closed all open ports, Tsis included offline ports like hamachi tungle teamviwer, if you dont know whats open try angry ip scanner and run your router ip/dynamic ip through it.
Installed leatrix latency fixer, close ll p2p software or shit that can auto update like avast, xfire, steam you know the drill. Windows key + r > msconfig > startup > turn off all the crap in there apart from windows services. add -high to wow's target string to allow more cpu usage, biggest one for me latency and performance wise was haivng wow on a har drive other than my main for some reason i now get over 90 fps when i used to only get 30-40 and all of the above fixedmy ping hope it helps. other than that get linux and turn off your wireless and run lan (: wpa is to easy these days *backtrack 5 cough*
