In today's SC run I've encountered a hacker when looting the chest. We were just done rolling for gear and people were logging onto their alts, including me. I went back to the window to check the chat whilst my Hunter was logging in only to find that 2 of the items from the chest were gone (we had ML on)
I looked up and noticed a player named Æxotic, however before I could take a screenshot he was gone. Now the thing is we never had a player named Æxotic in our raid and the chat announcement that someone has looted something wasn't there so I tried re-opening the chest thinking it was a bug however the items were gone. Fortunately a fellow player who was in the raid managed to get a screenshot of the player which can be found here.Unfortunately as this happened in around 30 seconds the evidence is rather vague however I do have the other raid members who can prove that this man was not in the raid group and the fact that he just appeared out of nowhere and took the majority of our loot.

Additional info:
the loot taken was
[Shawl of Wonderment] which was supposed to go to Salle and
[Coif of Alleria] which was supposed to go to Seilg

edit 2: I also heard that this has happened to more people than just us

There are some others bugs we can see on SC with the chest, I made a ticket for this on my pro lock but the ticket was deleted. I saw a gm saying that it needs a higher rank but anyway I'll not write a new ticket every fucking day and I'm not sure making a thread there with the issues is a solution.

Btw, if you don't have screenshot of him flyhacking/hacking, I'm not sure that he'll be banned or something.

do you remember the name of that gm?
because he can assign tickets to a higher up.

Kimilar or another one but I presume it wasn't this one who deleted my ticket, it was still there when we were talking.
