CHaracters got deleted!

Hi on monday i logged on my acc hoping to play on my rogue which i recently donated Hand of deceiver and transmog and ashtongue reptuation (21 dollars) and when i did i found my rogue deleted he was missing
idk y i didnt share my acc with any1 and i have changed my password before this incident happend also my warrior was deleted what should i do?

Restored. I found two "Captain"'s so I have restored both and flagged them for rename.
