Allegiance to the Aldor

according to wowhead and other sources i should be able to pick between aldor and scyers on my horde not blood elf rogue. so i want to choose aldor but the quest http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10551 seems to be non existant. can anybody explain me this? maybe i'm doing something wrong?

That's maybe b/c you already did some scryers quests, are you inimical with aldor ?
If you are, thus you need to do some daily quests given by this lady : http://www.wowhead.com/npc=18597

But, It's also possible that a dev locked aldor quest for horde and scryers quest for alliance b/c of Liron who teleport us in Aldor area if we're in the alliance or Scryers area if we are in the horde.

i haven't done anything with aldor. i have both, aldor and scyers at neutral (0/3000)

yea back on retail you had to pick eitehr allegiance to aldor or scryer by taking a tour quest through shattrah.

no , you dont. upon reaching shattrah and seeing khadgar you will pick allegiance between aldor (mostly beneficial to melee) and scryers (caster benificiant).
after accepting either of those quest a pink like voidwalker will spawn that serves as khadgars minion.
he will take you through shattrah the quest takes about 5-10 min.
