Unable To Connect! Help!

Hello , i did every thing http://www.smolderforge.com/forums/view ... de&start=0 Said but when i go in my WoW folder i don't got a WoW.exe but just WoW And when i run it i still get this

Unable to Connect
[Help] [Ok] <------------------ Pls help me fix this !
