Cannot connect

Hello there, i just recently saw this servers existance, i find the server very interesting.
Although i cannot connect to your server. I have tryed downloading the client many diffrent ways and from diffrent providers, everytime it says "Unable to connect". I ofcourse have set the realmlist as required.
If there is someone out there, knowing what could cause the issue, please let me know.

Are you certain that the realmlist is in the root folder where Wow.exe is and not under the /Data/ folder?
