Henhouse pls help me

Hey henhouse :) ... i have rly big problem 2-3 months ago i donate for my paladin name : Palahaha ... and i play 1 - 2 weeks with that paladin and i stop today i try to log and i forgot my password .. i try to revive the acc ... when i read my acc and email system tells me that : Recovery: A new password has been emailed to that email address. ..... but noting i wait and wait and noting !!!! ... i search in spam box but again noting ... can you help me ???
