Can't get on

I've been trying to log in but I cant get in. on the smolderforge website I see that 32 people are playing, but i still cant get in.

Are you using our client, or someone else's?
Did you edit the realmlist correctly and is the realmlist.wtf and not .txt?

Okay, I dont think if this helps but try to turn off you're firewall, it might be blocking the signal that you take from the server and server takes from you, just disable firewall not just from settings, go on services , you can find services in Control Panel>System Settings>Administrative Tools>Services> then look for services and disable any firewall services it should be 2 or 3 of them if you have more just disable them by right clicking them and clicking disable, then try to log on server.
