Mana Sheild yes! Im saved wait WTF?! OOM?

I have to say I think mana shield is broken, or the ratio from damage to the shield and the mana drain affected must be too high of a %

also when I have put mana shield up first, then throw on my usual buffs it drains my mana even worse?
