Weird silence

So, I was affected by a weird silence at 2's. I don't know where it came from but Loonzgod was the onlyone attacking me at the time. And no, it wasn't Garrote.

What class has spell/skill that will silence for 6 sec, and has short or no cooldown at all?

I was affected by the first silence at 19:04:41 - 19:04:47
Second silence kicked in at 19:04:49

There is a lowlevel sword or dagger, which have a chance to silence a player ... i guess he is using it
