So yeah, I just rolled a hunter to test some PvP eh eh. And I have this slight problem, my pet is level 7(ftw) and I can't seem to LEVEL it. How to? HALP PZLZZ.

Just simply kill an Npc or mob that will give you any experience and it will level your pet to 70.

While we're at it my scorpid pet from Durotar doesn't seem to have the poison ability. :s Does it learn it or something?

Just go tame a high lvl one in shadowmoon valley

Or tame a deathflayer , fastest scorpid. It comes with lvl 2 poison i think.
