the donation code i send 2 the email which u use at payment, so if u use a creditcard it will be send to this email....

You cannot change your ''donation pack'' simply because it's called ''Donation''=you do not want anything in return. You're just supporting or helping a cause. The season 4 mall acces or tier6 (or any other kind of awards) items are simply ''presents'' or ''gifts''.
If you want a Crux Of The Apocalypse (dagger) simply donate again.
As for the Season 4 mall access i think it's totally your fault,because you forgot your email. You should learn from your mistakes.
