Do i have to uninstall my wow and just install up to BC to be able to change the realmlist? please help!

Download the pre-installed version from here:

Rename your current WoW Folder too something else first for example "Cataclysm Folder" so it won't overwrite or just install it on a different disk / folder.

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you..
