inactive account with donor chars deleted

Hey there

I was inactive for a year and now my old account with 3 donor chars got deleted.
I dont know the name of the account anymore (well, Im not sure at least) but I could figure out it was deleted -> I made a new account and checked if the character names I used for my old account were already being used, and they werent.
I used the same email address back then as Im using now for my new account, I can still remember 2 names of my 3 donor characters and Ive still got all 3 mails with the donor codes.

So what Im asking for is if it would be possible to restore the account / characters or to get new codes. one problem is, it could be that I already took the same account name as I used for my old account.

I don't see it happening, everytime there is an inactivity wipe there are plenty of forewarnings etc etc. But I could be wrong.

maybe there was one ingame, but it looks like they posted it on the main site 1 day before the wipe
but it wouldnt be the end of the world if it wouldnt be possible

We don't delete them to recover them later on---they're gone.
