i have 3 donor characters when i logged in all my ccharacters were deleted s

shaman-tauren - dragnel
druid-night elf-lollyz
mage-blood elf-lusifer ppls help to recover my deleted characters

Ok so i thought writing on a new thread about this but as i saw the title it fits here to.
NOTE: This problem doesn't include the same i susses like the user that made this thread.
1-2 year ago i made a donor rogue on this server named "Fiskpojken", i left this server cuz of some family problems about 5 months, now i came back and i can't log in at all. First of all its saying that my username/password is wrong, although i know my UN/PW cuz i never changed them. Then i reminded that i can reset my own password and change it, but it's saying "The account name and email address do not match." AND i also KNOW my e-mail cuz i use it on every single WoW account!
I m really confused right now :/ .

Some answers would be welcome.

P.S Sorry for the bad spelling English is my Native.

I was able to recover all but "dragnel". please check the spelling. Also, stop sharing your account information and change your password. I should not have to restore your characters.

Your account was pruned. We delete accounts that have been inactive for 10+ months. On our site: http://www.smolderforge.com/site/ please see the article called: "Extended maintenance for TBC realm July 15th" and read it.

You can't do a thing to take it back, right?

Meanwhile, as you see that i spend some money on it and i donated...could i get an CODE that i can use for my other character to make it DONOR :/ ?

normally account trading isnt allowed... i asked a gm so i must know it..

if u try to trade or change your acc its your own fault if you loose your characters...
so dont do it dude :D...

pls dont help these guys... its not your job to hepl people after they do crap.

use your time for some more usefull stuff :D... like events and some bugtracking things... or maybe the buggy quest for the raven ... idk...

Like i did crap?
My account was deleted, i didn't share or did some crappy things like that. That's not my style.
it was family issue we moved, i didn't have PC few months. Where did i made the mistake ?

P.s Waiting Henhouse to give me an answer, i mean the final answer. (Hope i will have luck as the guy who opened this thread)
