cannot connect to the server help it says connected and it doesnt log in

yeah, 5 hour's .. and on the website it's says the server is online

Login server is down, usual problems.
People who where already online can stay online, but new people get stuck on connected.
And admins are not answering because they are not even here and completly unaware of the problem..
