"Error retrieving character list", Help!

Hi.
After login i see this error instead of my character list... On Account Manager i noticed that there is 4 characters with the same nicknames. My login is: kynulski. Admin PLS HELP! : )

Try deleting your cache in your wow folder!
It might solve your problem!

Still the same problem. Admin could u delete this 4 characters witch the same nicknames??? I think this will fix the problem. :D Cuz the limit of char on 1 account is 11 (I've got 12).

I'm not sure how you managed to accomplish that, but I have removed them and you should be able to login now.
