Why is this tolerated?

Not long time ago Firstaidkid was suspended because of his poor behaviour. Now, he is unbanned and seems to have learned nothing. My question is, why is this tolerated? Few screenshots to confirm my words, insulting Ezatt on LFG channel.

Meh, just ignore this, he got banned (and someone correct me if I am wrong) for bad behaviour to Henry, I think any player could be ass to another player :) that's just wow I guess.

If players would be banned for bad/foul language then ezatr and fak would have been banned 8 months ago

To be fare its rare you see them arguing in LFG.. theres more nabs out there that are worse.. Ezatt is one of worst for spamming.. especially in BGs with his /rofl then running off.

How can you tell the rambling from Ezatt is even English ? Maybe he says something really nice in owl language or something.
