Not sure if my account was deleted or my info is wrong

Hey Henry, I heard about the LK upgrade so i figured i'd come back for a few and check it out, Although I'm having problems logging in both to the game itself ( i may be having a problem with the realmlist (set realmlist Connect.smolderforge.com) and i'm having a issue logging into the Account Manager also which i don't understand either, any help / light on the subject would mean a lot, you can disregard the email i sent you because basically it's saying everything in the post. Thanks.

Could be several things.
1. You are trying to use your old SF Wrath account which no longer exists. Those were a completely separate series of accounts due to the fact we acquired Pineapple. Only TBC accounts, or well now "Smolderforge" accounts will work.
2. You have been inactive too long. 10+ month inactive accounts are completely removed from the server.

i could have sworn i was on within the last 6 months on the BC to check out how packed it was, is there anyway i can get back my donor characters or have new one's made to replace those? I also made a new account for the new wrath server and it's saying it's offline although the website is saying it's up

Then maybe you just forgot your TBC account information. Nothing was restored from the Wrath realm, we made this clear in many threads.
It's online. Make sure you're on 3.3.5a (12340).
