This wasn't a scam, he didn't do anything, he just tried it. Don't know if it's bannable.

Whats the big deal about scams anyway ? If somebody is as stupid to get scammed, he deserved it and will prolly learn for the next time. Its not like the scammer impressionated gm or something.
