Paid Character Transfer

Ok so i made a Paid Character Transfer 4 days ago and mailed the GM mail - [email protected] with the transfer information, however not recieved an answer. Iam wondering is anybody even bothering to read the mail? Is there anyone who works/tranfers or something? I paid money and iam expecting my service.

Transfers are not automatic or immediate, they are done manually so there is a wait time to be expected.

I'm sorry you've waited a while but transfers tend to be all done at once.

I dont bother wating a month .. its just that i got the feeling noone is working on the transfers .. if i know someone is doing the job i will feel way more comfortable.
