Every time I log in, I can only be on for like 5-10 seconds and then I DC. Sometimes it's automatically as soon as I get on.

Help pls :(

Now im getting dc'd before I even get to my character list to chose which char I wanna play.

I reset my router and everything, i don't know what's wrong

Make sure you don't use any kind of third party programs that modifiy things in WoW, this is not allowed and against the rules and will make you automatically disconnect from the server.

Can't think of anything else that will make you disconnect for no reason unless you are banned for a certain reason.

It is most likely the client, that you have this problem with.
Try running Repair.exe, see if there are any errors detected, and/or automatically fixed.

If the problem persists, you will may have to uninstall and reinstall the game.

Well nothing seems to be working at all.

My internet connection is fine, and I called my ISP and they said there wasn't any problems on either side of the connection.

If I do get online, its only for about 1 min, and I will have 10k-25k ms and discconnect from lag or something. I don't disconnect from skype or msn or ventrillo but only the server.

I guess i have to stop playing is the only solution to this fucking shit.

Make sure ports 3724 and 8085 are open and allowed to pass through. Either something is malfunctioning, or you have a very strict firewall/antivirus that is causing the problem.

I don't know how to make sure those ports are open.. I don't know where to go.

Is it the router's home page, like 192.168.0.1?

Whether it is there or somewhere else, I don't know how to check/change the ports.

You do the ports in Windows firewall settings.

Well I was reading in a lot of places that people usually fix this problem by re-installing WoW.

I re-installed it, but when i was downloading the patches, I get stuck on the patch 2.3.3-2.4.0. It starts downloading for about 15 minutes, and then goes to the updater thing that has an icon that looks like a druids starfire/moonfire. Then I get this little error message "Sorry, the installer was unable to start up. You may be out of hard drive space."

My hard drive is 720gb and I know that I have plenty of room to download this.

Can anyone possibly link another way to get patches other than strategyinformer.com, or some ideas how to fix this downloading problem?

Have you tried our torrent? It contains all of the patches needed.
