I have played on an account that was given to me from someone in game for months now and it has 2 donor characters on it because of me. The person that started, and gave me the account reset the password since he has the original email attached to the account. Now I am unable to play on the account. Since the chars have been paid for by me it seems that I should remain the owner of that account especially since that person was not active anymore. If something could be done to help me retrieve my characters that would be much appreciated.

If you are not the original owner of the account, and did not have ownership over it to recover it, you have no right to access the account. This is why we do not support trading, selling or any type of unauthorized access to others accounts. If you get scammed, or account recalled it's your fault--you should have your own account and your own characters.
