Hi! Is there any chance I could retrieve my lost in game account if I have the e-mail? I've also donated on this account and I've got the donation-code-emails sent to this current e-mail, would this make any difference? I think I forgot my account name or password, or something similar.

(Wierd considering I only use a handful of different name/password-combinations)

if you can click that then you tha man.

If you followed the steps provided by Mynce and failed to recover it, please post here the amount of time you have been inactive with the account.

I've failed to follow the steps as I am not aware of my account name which is required in order to complete the steps, I'm afraid.

To answer your question Ensar, yes. Please email GM @ Smolderforge.com providing the email address and other possible information you remember from the account. We'll help you recover it.

i did read. and i gave you the option to try your luck with your memory and try multiple usernames if you use more then 1.
and if you're actually are more specific during these type of problems then it becomes allot easier for all of us
to help you out if needed.
