Why did i get banned while playing on my hunter Takachi? :S

You have been banned for violating our ToS (Abuse to Ticket System). You only need to open 1 ticket at any given time.

And you're banning me for having 2 tickets up? Nice. I've wasted 10 dollars on this server.
You could atleast give a warning or ask me to remove the tickets before banning.

It was 5 tickets at least. If you read the message it says suspension not account closure. If it does let me know. A warning? Read the EULA that's your warning.
