When I try to log into my character Koonkesh, It says my character is locked and too contact billing. What should i do?

Exactly what you just did, contact us.

Your character was locked because the donation that was claimed on this character was recalled by Paypal. Their reasons can be broad sometimes but these typically happen if it's a fake Paypal account, information looks sketchy, etc.

I see now that paypal needed to verify some stuff so let me go check that out now and ill repost when i do.

I just fixed my paypal and resent you 5$. Do I need to give you the donor code again?

No, I saw it come through. I've deactivated the code and unlocked your character.
