Character deleted when transfering donorship or mistake, does this always happen?

I thought it was just the donor ship being able to go to the testing area but why delete the whole character can I have it back? If I would have known it gets deleted I would have just payed two dollars more..

Yes, they always get deleted. Because it just makes sense to. You're practically bathed in donor gear, vanity pets, sunwell items, etc, etc. stuff that comes from the donor mall. Season 3 too. We cannot prove you owned _ANY_ of that beforehand so we practically have to delete every item from your character anyway. So deleting simply makes sense.

It may make sense to you but you do not provide that information before hand, so for two dollars more I get another donor and a non deleted toon. And basically wasting 5 dollars on the sunwell weapon on the rogue, to me it made sense like you ahve nothing left to get so you transfer the donorship to another character - your out 2 dollars and im out 5. Dose not make sense to me .

I'm sorry that I misunderstand that my main character would be deleted I would love a revert because sunwell fist + donor = 10 -3 = 7 oh wait im out 7. I understand the profit for you but the game play isnt a profit for me if I lose an entire character.

I don't even care about the season 4 or the other stuff -

But you cannot get sunwell mh from the donor place - obviously payed 5 dollars for

the 4p t6 I bought with badges - earned not from donor isle

If I can't have revert can I have sezomg with stuff that I got not from donor? Basically all I wore from donor was

Its just a big loss to me when I put the time into a character when only benefiting 3 items from donor isle.

I began to clear out Sunwell & Season 4 items from your character. Despite what you said you have a tremendous amount of items from the donor mall. When I opened your bank to find every slot filled with Foror's bags in every bank slot filled I stopped. I refuse to go through that many more items because of this.

I will only offer restoring this character and deleting the one you transferred to, or you can pay $2 like you previously mentioned to simply keep both. Transfers should never, ever be this complicated. This is exactly why we delete characters.

If there was some where that mentioned this might happen I would have just bought another donor code. I did my Home work,I checked your donor npc that speaks about it in testing, I checked the website donation area, I checked the transfer .html, I asked in LFG, I checked forums to see what are pro/cons of doing this and such. Nothing is obvious to me in this sort, I really think transferring donation is pointless, I understand items and badges.

No problem, I definitely understand the confusion. I just rarely have concerns with it so I don't see the likelihood of problems too often.
