Voting not giving Boj's

I have a ticket in game about this but I have voted 2 times (14 votes) and for all of them I have never received Boj's in the mail. Can anyone help me?

If you have accents in your name or are not properly capitalizing your first initial in your name, etc. can mess it up some. Other than that, the voting works fine.
