Ok, So servers came back up (if you read my first post today) so when I opened it up and still says servers offline and I got the Torrent back out I have the files

Burning Crusade
Classic Client
WoW Patches

My first thought it to go into Classic Client I see Installer and Click it once I do that it opens up the thing but it doesnt download anything and just has a button to say Play World Of Warcraft when I click that it opens up my Cata client ( I do want to keep that if possible) and says that the server is offline so what do I do?

Nvm, I think I found a fix by renaming my regular 4.3 WoW File Ill Update if it works for someone else in the future
